Helping the world and spreading music is as easy as one, two, three, literally 3 steps!
COLLECTING
We live in a society where if anything breaks, we throw is away and buy another one, however, there is no such thing as "away". Our landfills are pilling up, our land is being polluted, and we are slowly breaking our Earth apart. We are giving second chances to prevent hurting a life that can't get a second chance; Earth. We begun our projects with collecting broken and old instruments, scrap pieces and other trash we found (Buckets, barbecue lids, beddings, paint trays, etc...). |
RECYCLING/UPCYCLING/REFURBISING
Then we got into contact with our mentors and began to bang out dents, clean the donated instruments and trash, and drill some new holes to make instruments. With the help of Youtube and our previous knowledge of our own instruments, we were able to fix and/or make new violins, trumpets, percussion, and more! |
DISTRIBUTING
We reached out to the Frisco Boys and Girls Club, Casa Hogar Elim Orphanage in Mexico, an after-school program (Crear) in Samara, Costa Rica, and even a refugee camp in Iraq and another (Za'atari) in Jordan to send instruments to them. We are currently in the process of sending our second chance instruments out to these places not only to help the environment, but also so enlighten the people's hearts with hope and love for music. |
